  This commission was for a good friend of mine. His wife wanted something special for his birthday. He was very proud of his Motorcycle and wanted a portrait of him but not simply sitting on his bike so I incorporated a portrait of Rick with his Honda Shadow motorcycle along with some details of his bike. This piece shows how I combine photos I have manipulated along with traditional illustration style and color wash backgrounds. The original hangs prominently in their home and has received many inquiries.
